Every account has a personal organization. A Team plan turns it into a shared one: invite people by email, and every environment becomes visible to them.
| Action | Member | Admin | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Use environments: see tools, hold a URL, read the call log | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Create and change environments, tools, secrets; rotate | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Invite and remove members, change roles (not owners) | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Billing, spend cap, plan | — | — | ✓ |
| Delete environments or the organization | — | — | ✓ |
Each member gets their own token for every shared environment, created the first time they open it. Remove a member and their URLs stop working at once; nobody else changes anything. The access review lists every URL in the organization with its holder and last use.
Owners can require members to sign in with a Google Workspace domain or a GitHub organization. Members who do not match are refused at sign-in.
Team includes five seats; each accepted invitation beyond that adds a seat to the subscription with proration, and removing a member takes it away.
