The deal.

The service

Exorails is a hosted MCP gateway: it stores the addresses and credentials of MCP servers you choose, and forwards calls from your agents to them. It is provided as-is during the beta, with the plans and limits shown on the pricing page.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens with your environment URLs. Rotate one as soon as you think it leaked.
• Credentials you store must be yours to use. Upstream servers are bound by their own terms.
• Do not use the gateway to attack, scan or overload third parties, to bypass rate limits of other services, or to reach networks you are not allowed to reach. We refuse private addresses by design and suspend environments used abusively.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, plus overage per started block of 100,000 calls as described on the pricing page.
• You can cancel any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Environments beyond the Free allowance are then paused for 30 days, after which they are deleted.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and publish incidents on the status page. Email support is included on Pro and Team; an SLA is part of Enterprise contracts.

Data

Your data stays yours. We process it as described in the privacy policy and delete it when you delete your account. Secrets are encrypted so that the product never displays them; we can still be compelled to hand over encrypted data by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the behaviour of upstream servers or of the agents you connect.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email 30 days ahead. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.

Law

French law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts of Paris, after an attempt at an amicable resolution.
